Do you remember what was it like to purchase your first condom?

For me it was a big thing. I was proud in one way and a bit ashamed in another. I planned for the whole day my purchase. I planned when I’ll buy it, in which store, which condom. I felt nervous and I wanted to get this done as fast as possible.

I guess every teenager goes through this. Well maybe not anyone, but Ben Affleck did. At least that’s what he says. He revealed his shameful experience in the sex book written by Matt Demon’s former step mother.

Here is the excerpt from the book:

"I was so scared. I wondered: 'Are they going to call my mom?' I went into the store, walked up to the shelf and grabbed the box. I didn't stand there looking too long. There were two registers. A man was at one, a woman at another. Of course, the woman's register came up first. I felt so self-conscious and idiotic, but it was all over in a second. I put them down and she looked at me with this stoic face and rang them up and put them in a bag, and I ran out of that store really fast!"

But these days you don’t have to go through this. You just order condoms online!
